Gray Woodside, Owner
Nationally Certified Professional Personal Trainer, Gray Woodside, established RAPID REVAMPS in 2013. His background in resistance training, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and soccer led him to developing a passion for exercise. After falling ill he researched, and consulted with the best practitioners in the health space to get his health back. After he healed himself he made it his mission to help others do the same. Gray dedicates his life to constantly seeking the truth in nutrition, and exercise in order to relay factual information to others. RAPID REVAMPS' method uses the most current science based and anecdotal evidence in biomechanics and ancestral health to develop an appropriate plan for the individual's unique characteristics. Gray will design the most efficient, safe, and sustainable plan that is based on your goals, dietary preferences, and fitness level. He will do whatever it takes to hold you accountable, and support you in achieving your goal. He is passionate and loves helping people feel, look, and perform better. He looks forward for the opportunity to help you and as many people as possible.
